How and when will I receive Fund Assembly credentials & materials?


Your Fund Assembly conference name badge and printed conference manual will be available at the Fund Assembly pre-registration check-in desk located in the foyer of the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek. 

If you chose a digital manual, your Fund Assembly Conference Manual will be sent via email in advance of Fund Assembly to download and save to your personal device.

What are the scheduled events for Fund Assembly?

View the current Fund Assembly schedule here. There will be a reception on Thursday, May 9 from 5:25 pm – 7:00 pm at the Expo. A cash bar will be available.

What should I wear?

Business casual attire is appropriate. It is recommended to wear pants, long sleeved shirt or top, a jacket or sweater when in the air conditioned ballrooms.

When should I plan to arrive at Fund Assembly?

Allow ample time to park and check-in to the Fund Assembly registration desk well in advance of the start of the sessions (1-1/2 hours is recommended or 2 hours if also checking in to the hotel).

Will Fund Assembly be filmed and photographed?

Yes. We’ll have videographers and photographers on-site to record the action at Fund Assembly. By attending this event, you give consent to The Fund to possibly be photographed and videotaped. Photos and video footage will be used for broadcasting and social media purposes.

How do I change my name on my name badge?

How do I make a change to my Fund Assembly registration?

Before April 17, 2019, changes may be made through your Eventbrite registration or with Fund personnel via email at annual-fund-assemblies@thefund.com or call 407-240-3863 or toll free 800-336-3863 and ask for the Conferences and Events Department. 
  
After April 17, 2019, changes may be made with Fund personnel at the “Onsite and Late Registration” desk after your arrival to the Hilton Bonnet Creek Hotel.

I can't attend the full conference. Is partial or daily registration available?

If you cannot attend all three days in person, you can add a “Flex Pass” at the time of registration to gain access to our live online broadcast of the event. We do not have partial registration options.

May I bring a guest?

Absolutely! Additional guest tickets can be purchased at the Fund Assembly Onsite Registration desk located in the Bonnet Creek foyer of the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek Hotel. Thursday reception tickets are $95 each and Friday luncheon tickets are $55 each.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you cannot attend, your cancellation must be submitted in writing and faxed to 407-854-5016 on or before Friday, April 12, 2019. 

Refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee. 

No refunds will be issued after April 12, 2019 deadline.

Does the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort have onsite parking? How much is parking?

Yes. The Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort offers 24-hour valet parking and garage self-parking options. Overnight guests have in/out privileges.
 
Daily self-parking is included with registration for the Fund Assembly attendee. For others, the $27 daily self-parking rate will be discounted to $16.20 plus applicable taxes and is charged upon exiting the garage.
 
The $35 valet parking fee is discounted to $24.50 per day plus applicable taxes for Fund Assembly attendees and guests.
 
Please note: Valet parking is the responsibility of the individual and is not included with registration for the Fund Assembly attendee.
 
Due to the large number of Fund Assembly participants and other guests of the resort, overflow parking will be a short walk across the street at the Wyndham Resort garage.  Self-parking charges at the Wyndham garage for Fund Assembly attendees will be billed to The Fund.

Does the Fund Assembly have a code of conduct policy?

Yes.  We all deserve to work and participate in events with a professional environment in which we are treated with dignity and respect.

The Fund is committed to creating such an environment because it brings out the full potential in each of us, which, in turn, contributes directly to our business success.

The Fund is an equal employment opportunity employer and is committed to hosting events and providing a work environment free of discrimination and from abusive, offensive or harassing behavior.

Unacceptable behavior, such as offensive comments, intimidation, inappropriate physical conduct and unwelcome sexual attention at Fund Assembly functions will not be tolerated.

Consequences for participants violating the Fund Assembly Code of Conduct will include expulsion from the Fund Assembly event and there will be no refund of registration or other fees.

Complaints should be brought to the immediate attention of any Fund staff person present. Alternatively, complaints may be emailed to concerns@thefund.com.

The Fund Assembly Code of Conduct applies to participants, vendors, guests and Fund employees.

A block of hotel rooms at discounted rates for Fund Assembly attendees have been reserved at the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and the adjoining Waldorf Astoria Orlando.

The Saturday morning tracks are organized by topic and consist of Residential Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate sessions.

Educational sessions begin Thursday, May 9 at 1:00 PM and conclude Saturday, May 11 at 11:50 AM. 

We recommend that you plan your arrival to the hotel to allow ample time to park and check-in well in advance of the start of the sessions.

Yes, continuing legal education accreditation is available for The Florida Bar, NALA and DFS. 

Note: DFS accreditation will NOT be offered for Fund Assembly live online.
