FinCEN GTO – Reporting Update

The current Geographic Targeting Order(GTO) expires on November 16th. The Fund expects that the Department of Treasury will issue another GTO just prior to or shortly after the expiration of the current GTO. The expected GTO may be identical to the one currently in place or it may vary significantly.

All Fund Members should monitor Fund communications for an announcement regarding the anticipated GTO. In the meantime, please continue to handle potentially covered transactions as usual.
