Yesterday, Webroot SecureAnywhere, an AntiVirus software, sent out an update that affected many customers by quarantining Windows program files. The Fund's DoubleTime® software was one of the applications affected.
Customers who use the Webroot AntiVirus software and attempt to launch DoubleTime® may experience error messages similar to "The dbltime.exe is not available" or "The dbltime.exe location has been changed or moved." Webroot has identified a workaround that can be used to exclude DoubleTime® from quarantine.
If you use Webroot as your AntiVirus software and experience errors when launching DoubleTime®, please follow Webroot's instructions on how to resolve this issue. You will need an Administrative login to access the endpoint protection in order to make this correction. Your office technician should be able to help you with the login.

If you or your office technician continue to experience problems after implementing the fix, the Help Desk may be available to assist you with accessing the DoubleTime® application. If you call the Help Desk's Hardware Support, please be aware that there may be longer than normal hold times and you are encouraged to use the call-back feature, which will hold your place in the queue and allow for a representative to return your call in the order in which it was received.
The Fund is working diligently with our customers to minimize this impact as quickly as possible.
