How to Continue Using Electronic Delivery For policies in Broward County
Effective January 1, 2015, Broward County moved from an Official Records (OR), Book/Page number as the primary document reference to an Instrument Number reference system (for example, INSTR # 112725637).
To continue using the Electronic Delivery feature for policies in Broward county, DoubleTime customers will need to change the Recording type for Broward county to "Document Number" by following these steps.

Click on 'Modules' from the Main menu, then 'Maintenance (Lists)'

From the Select List window, highlight 'County' and click 'Ok'

Select the drop down menu for the Recording type on the Broward county row and change it from 'O.R. Book and Page' to 'Document Number'. Save the changes and close.
Please note, if your policy submission is more than 5 days after the closing, DoubleTime may prompt you with the following message in the Electronic Delivery Wizard, "… Document No. year is invalid for the deed/mortgage recording."
This warning can be ignored and you may continue with the electronic policy submission. This message, along with the Recording Type for Broward, will be updated in the next release of DoubleTime.
