The Settlement Statements module is the location where the preparation of the two page Closing Statement is completed. The two page Closing Statement is utilized for cash transactions, Non-Respa and Non-CFPB transactions with loans.
There are a variety of other types of Closing Statements available for selection including the two page Buyer/Seller Closing Statement (HUD Format). When working with a two page Closing Statement, DoubleTime automates much of the preparation of the form.
